Internet Terms & Conditions
I authorize McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. to setup an internet account for the person listed as the Customer. I have been provided a rate schedule and have chosen a payment option. I understand that failure to pay my monthly bill for any reason will result in suspension of my account. Any accounts paid in advance are nonrefundable and nontransferable. I further understand that the rates are subject to change and that McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. will post any changes in charges at www.nabbnet.com and as a bill message on your monthly statement.. I release McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. from any responsibility or liability concerning data I maintain, download, or view through this internet account. I further release McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. from any responsibility or liability to any equipment failures allegedly due to this internet account. McNabb Internet Connections Inc. requires all users to adhere to an Acceptable Use Policy (below). Any violation of this policy, or other policies stated here, may be considered a breach of contract and may result in termination of service. McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. reserves the right to restrict or terminate service at any time for any reason. I understand that McNabb Internet Connections, Inc., the Internet Service Provider, does not provide a firewall/security, nor do they provide virus protection. It is the Customer who is responsible to protect their computer system and personal information.
McNabb Internet Connections, Inc will not be held responsible for delays, damages, or failures in the performance of our Service due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, government body, acts of third parties, or the inability to obtain necessary equipment. Customer understands and agrees that temporary outages of service may occur as normal events in the provisioning of the Service. The Customer also understands and agrees that McNabb Internet Connections, Inc has no control over third party networks he or she may access in the course of using the service.
Acceptable Use Policy
McNabb Internet Connections, Inc reserves the right to modify the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting the modification to this URL www.nabbnet.com .
This is designed to protect our customers and the community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities.
McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. customers shall not, nor shall they assist anyone to abuse or fraudulently use any of McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. services or equipment, including but not limited to the following:
1. Sending abusive, unsolicited, or unwanted e-mail and on-line chat messages SPAM:
2. Mail bombing (sending large amounts of unwanted e-mail);
3. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means or device with intent to avoid payment; or,
4. Logging onto the network more than once; Dial-up accounts are for interactive use on computer by one user at a time;
5. Any material that is kept by anyone, on our equipment, that contains pornography, pirated software, clearly copyrighted materials or anything that is illegal, must be removed immediately.
6. Falsify, alter, or remove message headers;
7. Access any other persons computer or system, network, or data without his or her knowledge consent;
8. Service, alter, modify, or tamper with the McNabb Internet Connection, Inc equipment or permit any other person to do the same;
Any abuse of the above mentioned may result in suspension or termination of service. McNabb Internet Connections, Inc. retains the right to terminate the account or take other actions it deems appropriate without notice.
