First, you want to unplug the power source from your router and wait 30 seconds to 1 minute and plug it back into the power source

If still a problem, then unplug the power cord ONLY from ONT BOX and wait 30 seconds to 1 minute and plug it back into the power source.

DO NOT UNPLUG THE FIBER CORD FROM ONT BOX.

BE CAREFUL WORKING AROUND THE FIBER CORD ATTACHED TO ONT BOX.
